On a cool Sedona afternoon, Yasmine & Diego eloped at the bottom of Cathedral Rock in Sedona Arizona.
They flew from Miami Florida to have this beautiful ceremony under the red rocks.
Yasmine & Diego carried an air about them, they simply lived in the moment of this day & that’s what made it so stunning.
Before the ceremony began we wandered about the terrain below Cathedral Rock – their black outfits created an amazing contrast with our red rocks!
If you ever want to wear a black wedding dress… do it!!
They had a traditional native american ceremony, receiving blessing from the Earth for their new lives together as two parts to one whole.
We then made the trek up the mountain, the sun slowly hiding behind the ridge as we climbed higher.
The hike always feels like a journey for the lovers with adventure in their hearts.
It’s a challenge that not everyone can face, and yet, at the end of the journey.. there’s an extraordinary view of beauty.
Engraved in his ring she wrote “You keep me safe, I’ll keep you wild” and I felt that suited this elopement adventure to for the day. 🙂
