Alexa & Dalton wanted the ultimate elopement on top of Cathedral Rock in Sedona, Arizona.

I love that they actually wanted to have their ceremony on top of this gorgeous rock. They had found a pastor willing to hike it & even brought Dalton’s mom along for the journey.
We traveled up the mountain together, each huff and puff closer to the top.
Once we reached the top, we gathered their details together and captured it all as the subtle January breeze cooled us off from the hike.
They shared a first look, it was Dalton’s first time seeing Alexa in her dress 🙂
The ceremony began, with only a few onlookers. Dalton’s mom watched from the sideline as the two shared their vows.
When Dalton shared his, we were all in tears, him included. He said everything from the heart.
Alexa professed her love to him and they exchanged rings.
They had a perfect moment to share their first kiss as husband and wife, including a champagne pop to celebrate!
We captured them all along the rim of the top of Cathedral Rock with a beautiful sunset to end the evening as their first day as husband and wife.
The first person they called, was grandma, who called it immediately.
Alexa’s question: “Guess what we just did!”
“You got married!”
Her shock and awe was the perfect reaction seeing the views they had for their ceremony.
