An adventure session is adding a location to your session that usually takes more time to get to.
Some spots require a hike, some require a jeep ride.

I charge more because of the planning involved and the extra time to get to the locations.

These spots are so epic & totally worth it! A typical adventure session is about a three-hour excursion experience. 

Jeep rentals are included with Adventure Lover Engagement sessions, so let's go somewhere epic!!

Victoria began working as a wedding planner assistant in 2014. The position helped her realize her love for weddings and understand how weddings are planned and coordinated from behind the scenes.
For the next two years, she began shooting elopements on her own and assisting with other photographers while she obtained her photography degree from Northern Arizona University.

In 2018, Victoria started White Desert Photography and is now grown into a team of artists ready to capture your day!
Victoria has worked with each of her team members at numerous weddings and trusts her team to create everlasting memories.

The we will check to make sure we are available. 
After sharing more about your day, a fully customized proposal outlining your package, payment & contract will be sent to you. 

Your date is reserved once we receive the deposit for your day. 

For engagements the plans are split in 2 payments, the first payment is your deposit that is non-refundable.  
For weddings and elopements, there is a 25% deposit to hold your date. Followed by monthly payments towards your package, this can be adjusted to suite your needs!

Once I receive your inquiry I'll make sure I'm available. Then we'll chat more about what you're looking for!

When we're all set, I'll send you a proposal for the day. This proposal includes a custom payment plan & contract. Payment is done through the online proposal you receive. There is a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date. You also have the option to pay 50% up front & 50% due1 month before the event. You can also make monthly payments towards your package. 

Final payment is due 1 month before your wedding date.
If your wedding is cancelled within 1 month of your wedding day, all monies paid are non-refundable. 

Everyone feels awkward about photos! It's true!!

I work with all kinds of couples, comfortable or uncomfortable in front of the camera.
 I work to ensure you're comfortable and look natural in the photos.
 I will use prompts and we'll have some fun! By the end of the session - you'll be experts and look totally natural in your photos while having a great experience to remember for a lifetime. 

No, RAW images are considered to be unfinished products as are phone pictures.
I only deliver fully edited high quality JPEG images that represent the best photos taken from the day in my developed style.

If you have booked your wedding with me, previews are included within 1 month of your wedding date. Phone pictures are very different from DSLR pictures, therefore, don't expect the same look from them, as they are not my final product, though I'm happy to take some during our session!

Additional fees include Sales Tax [ 9.18%] & if your location is more than 50 miles from Flagstaff, additional travel fees apply at 63 cents a mile. 


There are additional fees for specific locations that take more time to get to, or that require a jeep.

Additional locations and outfits add more time to shoots, at a rate of $125 an hour.

I am based in Flagstaff, Arizona but can travel all over the state, and even out of state!

Sedona is my most popular location. I lived there for four years before moving to Flagstaff. I am local to the area, which gives you the benefit of having the inside scoop on Sedona & Flagstaff locations. I am always looking to explore new options with my couples.

Yes, I do travel out of state for weddings! I have shot in Mexico, Hawaii, Utah & Oregon. We can discuss pricing based on location as some areas are on my bucket list, and I have special pricing for those spots!
Travel pricing begins at $3200 for elopements & $4000 for weddings.
This covers travel and lodging to most areas across the US and includes the same as above!

I have a growing team of associate photographers who are local to the area and have experience shooting with me personally. 

Associates photograph your session as part of a team of White Desert Photographers, meaning you get the same amazing style plus the uniqueness of a talented photographer! 

Editing style remains while your photographer gives you an amazing one of a kind experience. 

I'm considered the lead photographer and the rest of the team are associates!
