Elopements

An adventure session is choosing a location for your session that usually takes more time to get to, this includes Doe mountain, Cathedral Rock and Merry go Round Rock. 
Some spots require a long hike, some require a rugged jeep ride and have different rates. 
These sessions cost more because of the planning involved and the extra time to get to the locations for these epic photos. Plus we take photos all along the way, it's an overall experience that isn't just about the photos!

An adventure session can be added to your engagement, elopement or even wedding day as a day after session!
A typical adventure session is about a three-hour excursion experience, so grab your hiking boots and wedding attire and let's get out there!

Victoria began working as a wedding planner assistant in 2014.
The position helped her realize her love for weddings and understand how weddings are planned and coordinated from behind the scenes.
For the next four years, she began shooting elopements on her own and assisting with other photographers while she obtained her photography degree from Northern Arizona University.

In 2018, Victoria started White Desert Photography full time and is now grown into a team of artists ready to capture your day!
Victoria has worked with each of her team members at numerous weddings and trusts her team to create everlasting memories.

After setting up a call to chat about your day, a fully customized proposal outlining your package, payment & contract will be sent to you. 

Your date is reserved once we receive the deposit for your day & the deposit payment is non-refundable.  

Victoria's collections require a 35% non-refundable deposit, while associate sessions require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. 

When the date is confirmed, we'll send you a proposal for the day. This proposal includes a custom payment plan & contract. Payment is done through our online client portal, but checks can be accepted as well. 

Payment plans are available for your sessions, with the full payment due 1 week before your engagement and 1 month before your elopement and wedding date. 

We typically offer monthly payment plans but can also offer 50/50 plans for your wedding date. The payments can be customized to fit your schedule. 

If your wedding or elopement is cancelled within 1 month of your booked date, all monies paid are non-refundable. 

Everyone feels awkward about photos! It's true!!

We work with all kinds of couples, who all feel differently about getting their photos taken. 

We will help guide you to the best poses and do our best to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. 
Sometimes it just takes some warming up and it helps if we can get to know each other more before the session or wedding day. 

This is why we highly recommend doing an engagement session, which is included in Victoria's wedding collections, to ensure we get you comfortable before the wedding day!

No, RAW images are considered to be unfinished products and are not a delivered product.
We only deliver fully edited high quality JPEG images that represent the best photos taken from the day in our developed style.

ANY sessions booked with Victoria include a sneak peek within 1 week of your session. 

Associate packages do not include previews.

Sales Tax is included in the final pricing, so no extra fees!

Adventure locations have additional fees. 
Travel fees are added when the location range is past 50 miles from our business zip code of 86325. 

Additional hours can be added to any of our sessions, but each collection has a different rate because of the additional editing and planning involved for different types of sessions.

Victoria is based in Flagstaff, Arizona but can travel all over the state, and even out of state!

Sedona is our most popular location. Victoria lived there for four years before moving to Flagstaff. Since she was a local to the area, she gives you the benefit of having the inside scoop on Sedona & Flagstaff locations. 

With our associates we now have 3 photographers available in Phoenix, so reach out for coverage in the surrounding areas.
Victoria does travel out of state for sessions! Victoria has shot in Mexico, Hawaii, Utah & Oregon. We can discuss pricing based on location as some areas are on her bucket list, and she has special pricing for those spots!

Travel pricing begins at $2500 for elopements & $4500 for weddings outside of Arizona. 

Photo delivery times vary per session.
Sneak Peeks are included with elopement collections. Typically couples see their full gallery delivery between 4 to 6 weeks. 

Full delivery is guaranteed within 8 weeks for 1 to 4 hour collections

As my busy seasons vary, so does my editing times as I want to be sure to take the time needed to ensure your photos are perfect and make any necessary adjustments before full delivery! I take pride in the artistic process of making sure every image is perfect before full delivery.
