Wild & Windy // Engagement at Cathedral Rock, Sedona

Kathryn & Gaetan flew in from Paris, France to celebrate their 1 year anniversary with an adventure session and vow renewal ceremony a few days following.

Little did we all know it was going to be the coldest day EVER in Sedona, Arizona. We were bundled up with endless layers to protect us from the freezing gusts of wind that just seemed to target us over everything else.
Luckily the difficult Cathedral Rock hike kept our bodies warm as we ascended the mountain. We were also planning on getting some drone shots, but the wind was even too strong for the drone to fly!!
It literally felt like we were on the tallest mountain in the world with these winds. I’m just amazed that Katheryn and Gaetan made it look like it was just a warm breezy day. They make it look easy right?? We did the shoot faster than I ever have shot before, and luckily I had my gloves, otherwise I might not have been able to use my fingers for longer than 10 mins!!
